Nashua Dems Elect New Officers

CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Democratic Party has elected new officers in the state’s 10 counties and two city committees in an effort to help the party win races in 2020. The officers serve for two years and elect leaders and at-large delegates. Any registered Democrat can run and vote for the officers.

More than 600 voters attended the caucuses during the past two months.

“Democrats have come together to elect officers who will lead the effort in communities across the state to share the Democratic Party’s vision for creating good paying jobs, protecting women’s rights, making college affordable, and rebuilding the middle class,” said Ray Buckley, the chairman of the New Hampshire Democratic Party. “It’s clear that with these local leaders – many of whom are rising Democratic stars – we have the team we need to succeed in 2020 and beyond.”

In Nashua, the caucus and election were held on April 1, in Nashua.
