Nashua Drug Sweep: 8 Arrested

Nashua, NH — Nashua police arrested eight people in a drug sweep Thursday.

Arrested were:

• Jordan Martel, age 21, of 23 Pike Street, Nashua, N.H., was charged with one count of Possession of a Controlled Drug, Adderall, Felony, and one count of Possession of Drugs in a Motor Vehicle, Misdemeanor. Martel was released on a $7,500 personal recognizance bail pending an arraignment.
• Mycaylan Drake, age 21, of 23 Profile Circle, Nashua, N.H., was charged with one count of Possession of a Controlled Drug, Oxycodone Hydrochloride, Felony. Drake was released on a $7,500 personal recognizance bail pending an arraignment.
• Tommy Tran, age 18, of 1 Lake Avenue, Nashua, N.H., was charged with one count of Possession of a Controlled Drug, Methylphenidate, Felony and one count of Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Distribute, Marijuana, Felony. Tran was released on a $650 cash bail pending an arraignment.
• Kyle Violette, age 29, of 90 Glenn Street, Farmington, N.H., was charged with one count of Possession of a Controlled Drug, Second Offense, Heroin, Felony, one count of Resisting Arrest, Misdemeanor, and one count of Disobeying an Officer, Misdemeanor. Violette was not given a bail and was held pending an arraignment.
• Cesar Walteros, age 25, of 2 Friar Tuck Lane, Nashua, N.H., was charged with one count of Acts Prohibited: Sale of a Controlled Drug, Marijuana, Felony, and one count of Possession of a Controlled Drug, Marijuana, Misdemeanor. Walteros was held on a $10,000 cash bail pending an arraignment.
• Joe Burgos, age 31, of 7 Commercial Street, Nashua, N.H., was charged with one count of Acts Prohibited: Sale of a Controlled Drug, Second Offense, Heroin, Felony. Burgos was held on a $10,000 cash bail pending an arraignment.
• Kevin Burgos-Santiago, age 28, of No Fixed Address, Nashua, N.H., was charged with one count of Acts Prohibited: Sale of a Controlled Drug, Second Offense, Heroin, Felony as well as a Capias Arrest Warrant with an originating charge of Possession of a Controlled Drug, Heroin. Burgos-Santiago was held pending an arraignment as he refused bail.
• Kisha Antonetty, age 29, of 29 Temple Street, Apartment #209, Nashua, N.H., was charged with one count of Acts Prohibited: Sale of a Controlled Drug, Heroin, Felony and one count of Possession of Controlled Drug, Heroin, Felony. Antonetty was held on a $20,000 cash bail pending an arraignment.
