Nashua Drug Sweep Nets Eight Arrests
Tips by residents lead to charges after Narcotics Division investigated distribution of heroin, crack cocaine, and marijuana in the city.

The Nashua Police Department has announced that during the first week of May, its investigators arrested eight individuals on warrants after receiving tips from city residents about alleged drug activity in their neighborhoods.
Arrested were:
- Mitzi Frazzetta, 46, of Blacksmith Way in Nashua, for three felony counts of unlawful sale of narcotic drug, crack cocaine. She was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court and was held on $5,000 cash or surety bail.
- Jesus Medina, 55, of Ash Street in Nashua, for two felony counts of unlawful sale of narcotic drug, heroin and one felony count of criminal liability for conduct of another; the conduct being unlawful sale of narcotic drug, heroin. He was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court and then held on $50,000 cash bail.
- Ernest Lefebvre, 23, of Willow Street in Nashua, for three felony counts of unlawful sale of narcotic drug, marijuana. He was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court and was held on $75,000 cash or surety bail.
- Anthony Nieves, 21, of Oak Street in Nashua, four felony counts of unlawful sale of narcotic drug, heroin, second offense. He was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court and was held on $100,000 cash bail.
- David Roy, 33, of Cypress Lane in Nashua, for three felony counts of unlawful sale of narcotic drug, heroin, second offense. He was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court and was held on $75,000 cash bail.
- Felipe Santana, 46, of no fixed address was arrested for three felony counts of unlawful sale of narcotic drug, heroin, second offense. He was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court and was held on $75,000 cash bail.
- Chad Everette, 36, of West Thornton Road in Merrimack, on three felony counts of unlawful sale of narcotic drug, heroin, second offense. He was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court and was held on $75,000 cash bail.
- Anthony Dirubbo, 49, of Temple Street in Nashua, for two felony counts of unlawful sale of narcotic drug, heroin, second offense. He is being held because he refused bail and was transferred to the Hillsborough County House of Corrections.
According to a statement by Lt. Kevin Rourke, residents are “urged” to call or post “concerning illegal drug activity” at the Narcotics Hotline at 603-594-3597 or online at NashuaPD.com.
