Nashua Drunk Driver Who Struck, Killed Motorcyclist Has History of DWI: Police
Romivel Cruz allegedly struck and killed Joseph Mearls in a crash on West Hollis Street Sunday.

A Nashua man who police said was drunk when he struck and killed a motorcyclist Sunday was previously charged with DWI in 2012.
Romivel Cruz, 27, was charged with aggravated DWI following Sunday’s crash on West Hollis Street. The motorcyclist, Joseph Mearls, 24, was killed.
Cruz was also charged with DWI in April 2012. He’s now being held in custody.
