Nashua Gas Station Robbery Suspect Arrested

NASHUA, NH — A man was arrested Tuesday and charged with robbing another man at the Nashua Shell gas station on Broad Street.

Roberto Rivera, 30, of Hudson, was charged with felony theft.

Rivera and two other men allegedly attacked the victim and stole his phone.

Police responded to the scene and arrested Rivera a few hours later at his Hudson home.

Rivera was held on $10,000 bail pending an arraignment.
