Nashua JCPenney Thief Arrested: Police

Nashua police said Jason Noury was charged with a "third-strike" crime after he was arrested again for stealing from JCPenney.

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua man was charged with a "third-strike" felony after police said he was arrested again for stealing from the city's JCPenney store. Jason Noury, 41, was charged with theft and trespassing for allegedly stealing items from the store August 30.

Noury has two previous theft-related convictions, upgrading his charges to the "third-strike" provision. He refused bail pending an arraignment, police said.
