Nashua Kidnapping, Stabbing: 4 Arrested, Police Say
Nashua police said four suspects were recently arrested after a man was found stabbed on Cross Street.

NASHUA, NH — Four suspects were recently arrested in the kidnapping and stabbing of a man last week on Cross Street, police said. The suspects were identified as Jeremiah Starkweather, 42; Jonathan Emery, 38; Christopher Dallas-Koziol, 31; and Shane McKenzie, 38. All were charged with kidnapping; Dallas-Kozoil was also charged with first-degree assault for allegedly stabbing the victim. Police said the victim suffered injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
According to Nashua police Capt. James Testaverde, officers responded to a Cross Street apartment Monday, October 23, for a report of a stabbing and encountered the male victim and a bloody scene.
"The victim was wearing only shorts and had a substantial amount of blood covering his head, face and torso area due to having several cuts/abrasions," Testaverde said in a statement. "The victim was treated by medical personnel for non-life threatening injuries."

Testaverde continued, "The victim reported to patrol officers that he had been held against his will by numerous males and had to fight his way out of the apartment ... The victim advised he was held against his will for an extended period of time while being assaulted by numerous parties."
Dallas-Koziol was held on $200,000 bail and Starkweather and Emery were each held on $75,000 bail. McKenzie refused bail, police said.
