Nashua Man Accused Of Shooting Another Man Inside Mexican Restaurant
Andrew Lennartson of Nashua faces a slew of felony charges after a shooting inside of Casa Vieja Mexican Grill on Main Street early Sunday.

NASHUA, NH — A man from Nashua is facing felony charges after being arrested 12 hours after a shooting outside a Mexican eatery on Sunday.
Around 1 a.m., police and fire and rescue teams were sent to the Casa Vieja Mexican Grill on Main Street for a report of a person shot. When they arrived, Lt. Scott Hudon said, officers encountered “a chaotic scene,” as well as a man wounded from a single gunshot wound. The man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
“Detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division furthered the investigation and developed (Andrew) Lennartson as the suspect responsible for the shooting,” Hudon said. “Detectives sought, and were granted an arrest warrant charging (him).”

Around 1:45 p.m., Lennartson, 25, was arrested by Nashua SWAT and charged with first-degree assault-firearm, two counts of attempted first-degree assault, reckless conduct, and felonious use of firearms charges, all felonies. He was held on preventive detention and is expected to be arraigned on Monday in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
