Nashua Man Allegedly Gives False Name to Merrimack Police

Toni Beauchesne allegedly tried to evade driving infraction.

A local man is due in court next month after allegedly operating after a license suspension in town.

Toni Beauchesne, 23, of Cross Street in Nashua, was arrested on April 24, and charged with operating after suspension and disobeying a police officer.

According to police, an officer stopped a 1998 Dodge Neon on Greeley Street for a motor vehicle infraction.

During the process of interviewing the driver, he allegedly gave the officer a false name. Eventually, the officer was able to learn that the man’s correct name was Beauchesne and that he had a suspended license. He was then arrested and charged.

Beauchesne was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on May 12.

Back in September 2013 and August 2013, he was arrested for failure to appear at an arraignment in Nashua, according to online reports.
