Nashua Man Arrested On Animal Cruelty Charge: Police Log

NASHUA, NH — Milton Uchuari, 37, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested on Oct. 16, 2024, on an operating without a valid license charge.

Fernand Fauteux, 37, of Back Canaan Road in Strafford, was arrested on Oct. 15 on a felony theft by deception-$1,501-plus charge.

Erleyrder Castaneda, 47, of Dalton Street in Nashua, was arrested on Oct. 15 on a cruelty to animals; negligent charge.

Michael Avila, 20, of Central Street in Nashua, was arrested on Oct. 15 on two criminal mischief and three stalking charges.

Lucila Velez, 35, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested on Oct. 15 on criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest or detention charges.

Chad S. Hirtle Jr., 27, of Howard Street in Nashua, was arrested on Oct. 14 on receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges.

Jadon Wolf, 18, of Burke Street in Nashua, was arrested on an electronic bench warrant for nonappearance in court on Oct. 14.

Shawn A. Price, 49, of South Main Street in Nashua, was arrested on Oct. 14 on a criminal threatening-deadly weapon charge.

Natacha Lee Smith, 36, of Eastern Avenue in Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 14 on an out-of-town warrant.

Joel P. Curtin, 52, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested on Oct. 14 on a conduct after accident charge.

Pimienta Alejandro Moreno, 24, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested on Oct. 14 on a criminal mischief charge.

Kaitlynn Dobry, 25, of Hobbs Avenue in Nashua, was arrested on Oct. 14 on two domestic violence-simple assault and domestic violence-criminal threatening against a person-deadly weapon charges.

Jose Ramon Gutierrez Velazquez, 41, of Elm Street in Nashua, on a suspension of vehicle registration violation.

Sheila Levy, 61, of Blossom Street in Nashua, was arrested on Oct. 13 on a loitering or prowling charge and an unlawful activities; litter control violation.

Jonathan Gill Delorey, 40, of Bangor Street in Nashua, was arrested on Oct. 13 on a criminal mischief charge.

Godoy Nery Estuardo Oliveros, 35, of Central Street in Nashua, was arrested on Oct. 13 on an operating without a valid license charge.

Allyson L. Hastings, 61, of Salem Street in Nashua, was arrested on Oct. 13 on a willful concealment charge.

Stephen Walter Roach, 32, of Lake Street in Nashua, was arrested on Oct. 13 on a domestic violence-simple assault charge.

James E. Gibson, 34, of Fernwood Street in Nashua, was arrested on Oct. 13 on criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and two resisting arrest or detention charges as well as driving against the designated direction, riding bicycle on a sidewalk, prohibited acts on a bicycle, and shall ride bicycle as near to the ride side of the road violations.
