Nashua Man Arrested for Assault, Active Warrant
Salem Police: Charles Reidy allegedly violated a restraining order, assaulted woman at gas station.

SALEM, NH - Charles Reidy, 22, of Grand Avenue in Nashua, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on Dec. 29, 2015, and charged with domestic violence-simple assault, domestic violence-violate a protective order, and a warrant.

According to Salem Police, officers were sent to the Salem Gulf station on South Broadway for a restraining order violation report. A woman stated that she was at the gas station when she was allegedly assaulted by Reidy, who she currently has a restraining order against. He was arrested and transported to jail, according to police.
