Nashua Man Arrested for Criminal Threatening
Police: Tyler Darby pointed a firearm at another another man.

A local man will be arraigned next month after allegedly pointing a gun at another man.
Tyler Darby, 23, of Pine Street in Nashua, was arrested on Nov. 1, on a felony criminal threatening charge.
According to police, at about 2 p.m. on the date in question, officers were called to Whitney Street for a report of a criminal threatening incident with a weapon. While investigating the incident, police “learned that during a verbal argument Tyler Darby pointed a firearm at an adult male,” according to a report. Upon further investigating the incident, witnesses were spoken to and a loaded firearm was recovered. Darby was later charged.

Darby was released on $2,000 cash or surety bail and is due in court on Dec. 2.
If convicted, he faces up to seven years in prison and fines.
