Nashua Man Arrested On Domestic Violence Charges

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua man was arrested early Saturday morning on felony domestic violence charges Friay night. Julian Morillo Martinez, 35, was charged with criminal threatening with a deadly weapon and second-degree assault at a Nashua residence.

Police said the victim, who is known to Martinez, said she had been strangled and then threatened with a firearm on Friday. Special Investigation Division detectives charged Morillo Martinez with the offenses.

Morillo Martinez was transferred to the Hillsborough County Jail pending his arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court South on Monday. If anyone has any further information regarding this case, please call the Nashua Police Department Crime Line 603-589-1665.
