Nashua Man Charged with OUI

Merrimack Police: James Harsh was driving in a vehicle on one rim on Daniel Webster Highway.

Another day, another drunk driving arrest in Merrimack. This time, it was May 9, 2015, on the Daniel Webster Highway again. The person arrested and charged was James Harsh, 29, of Lee Ann Street in Nashua.

According to police, while observing traffic, an officer saw a vehicle driving north with one of the wheels on its rims. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Harsh, allegedly showed signs of impairment, according to police. After a brief investigation, he was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor.

According to police, this was a second offense for Harsh. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in Merrimack District Court on May 21.
