Nashua Man Arrested On Protective Order Violation In Merrimack

Eric Perry allegedly had another person contact the victim via Facebook messaging this week. He was picked up in a drug sweep in 2017.

MERRIMACK, NH — A local man was arrested and held without bail yesterday on a violation of a protective order charge in Merrimack, according to police. Eric J. Perry, 22, of Danforth Road in Nashua, was arrested on April 10, 2018, on a single count. He was arraigned in court yesterday.

On Monday, police began investigating a possible restraining order violation where a victim reported that they had been messaged by a third party acquaintance via Facebook. A March 15 protective order violation issued against Perry required that he not contact the victim, either directly or through third parties, according to Lt. Matthew Tarleton of the Merrimack Police Department. ;

After investigating the incident, a warrant was issued for Perry’s arrest and with the help of Nashua Police, he was arrested, processed, and held without bail.

Perry, according to reports on Patch, was arrested during a drug sweep in Nashua last year.
