Nashua Man Arrested for Second-Degree Assault
Police: Corby Adkinson kicked a man he knew in the head repeatedly.

A local man was arraigned on Friday on a second-degree assault charge after allegedly attacking another man on Nov. 12.
Corby Adkinson, 29, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on Nov. 13, at his home, on the felony charge.
According to a report, police were sent to the Southern New Hampshire Medical Center at around 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 12, to speak with a man who had been assault earlier in the evening. The man stated that while walking downtown, another man kicked him repeatedly and he sustained a head injury. The injury was serious but not life threatening, according to police, but was transported to a Boston hospital for observation.

Police continued to investigate the incident and “developed Adkinson as the suspect” after it was determined that the two knew each other.
Adkinson was then arrested and held without bail. He was arraigned on Nov. 14. He faces up to seven years in prison.
