Nashua Man Attacked Brother With Police Baton: Cops

A Nashua man allegedly attacked his brother with a police baton.

NASHUA, NH — Nashua police arrested a city man for allegedly attacking his brother with a police-style baton.

Shawn Ganley, 35, of 3 Acton St., was charged with second-degree assault and domestic violence.

Police said the assault happened Monday morning. At about 8:40 a.m., officers were called to a Nashua residence and found Ganley's brother with a head injury. He was hospitalized.

Ganley is a convicted felon, police said.

He was held on $5,000 bail pending an arraignment.
