Nashua Man Charged After Brandishing Knife in Parking Dispute at Domino's, Police Say
Eugene Robinson, 47, of 30 Wilder Street, was arrested Monday.

The following is from Nashua police:
On January 26, 2015, members of the Nashua Police Department’s Uniform Field Operations Bureau arrested Eugene Robinson, age 47, of 30 Wilder Street, Nashua, NH on one count of Criminal Threatening, Class B Felony, and one count of Convicted Felons, Class B Felony.

Robinson was arrested in the parking lot of Dominos Pizza, 99 Northeastern Blvd., Nashua, at approximately 6:36 P.M.
On January 26, 2015 at approximately 5:26 P.M, Nashua Officers responded to Dominos Pizza for a report of an assault in-progress. The reporting party was an adult male who stated that he got into a brief physical altercation with another male over a parking dispute. This other male was identified as Eugene Robinson. The victim reported that at some point during the alteration, Robinson brandished a knife and threatened him. Robinson then chased the victim through the parking lot with the knife. The victim was eventually able to take refuge inside his vehicle and leave the area.

Upon the officers arrival Robinson was still on scene. Officers recovered a folding knife on scene and took Robinson into custody for Criminal Threatening, Class B Felony. Further investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division revealed that Robinson was a convicted felon and prohibited from possessing dangerous weapons. He was subsequently charged with Convicted Felons, Class B Felony.
