Nashua Man Charged with Beating Male Family Member

A Nashua man was charged with domestic violence for beating up a male family member last month, police said.

John Farley, 38, of 155 West Hollis St., was charged with one felony count of second-degree assault and two misdemeanor counts of simple assault.

Police said on Jan. 29 at 4 a.m., they were dispatched to a city residence for a report of domestic violence. Officers found a man who sustained several injuries, which were not life-threatening, police said.

Police launched an investigation and gathered enough for an arrest warrant. Farley was arrested on Feb. 20 by police in Burlington, Mass.

Farley was scheduled to be arraigned Thursday.
