Nashua Man Charged with Kidnapping
A Nashua man was recently arrested and charged with kidnapping.

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua man was arrested over the weekend and charged with assaulting a relative.
James Brennan, 20, of 122 Hills Ferry Rd., was also charged with domestic violence and kidnapping.

Brennan "struck (the female victim) in the head and held her in a Nashua residence against her will. The woman escaped the home and fled to some nearby woods and called police," police said.
Officers arrested Brennan a short time later. The victim was not seriously hurt, police said.

Brennan was held on $10,000 bail pending an arraignment.
