Nashua Man Charged with Rape

A Nashua man has been charged with rape.

Mark Detsch, 26, of Hampshire Drive, was arrested Saturday. Police said at about 6 p.m., they were called to his residence after a woman said Detsch was threatening to kill himself.

Officers arrived and took Detsch into custody. The woman told police he raped and assaulted her earlier in the day.

Detsch was charged with several felonies, including domestic violence, rape, and assault.

He was held on $25,000 bail pending an arraignment.
