Nashua Man Charged with Robbing 7 Star Pizza
Armando Nieves, 41, of 2 Roedean Dr., was charged with burglary while he was incarcerated in Manchester.

The following is from Nashua police:
On February 21st, 2015 members of the Nashua Police Department’s Uniform Patrol Division arrested Armando Nieves, age 41, of 2 Roedean Drive #302 Nashua, New Hampshire charging him with Burglary, Class B Felony. Nieves was arrested at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections in Manchester at approximately 1:45 PM, where he was being held on unrelated charges.
On October 29th, 2014 Nashua Officers responded to 7 Star Pizza, located at 235 Main Street, for a reported burglary. It was learned that after the business had closed someone had forced entry through a glass door, entered the business, and stole money from the cash register.

The Criminal Investigation Division furthered the case. During the course of the investigation detectives identified Armando Nieves as the subject that had committed the burglary. An arrest warrant was subsequently obtained for Nieves.
A Class B felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Nieves is being held at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit-District Division-Nashua Court on February 23rd, 2015.
