Police: Man Threatened Youth, 13, With Knife
Police said Jacob Thomas also threatened an adult with a knife during a fight.

Jacob Thomas, 19, of 53 Forge Drive, Nashua, was arrested April 27 on a warrant for criminal threatening, a class B felony.
On April 26 at approximately 8:45 p.m., Nashua Police responded to a residence on Caldwell Road for a reported fight involving Thomas and several juvenile males.
Youth Services Division and Criminal Investigation Division were contacted and furthered this investigation. It was reported that Thomas had threatened a juvenile male, age 13, with a knife, and also swung the knife in close proximity to an adult. Youth Services Division detectives subsequently applied for an arrest warrant for Thomas. Thomas has also been charged with reckless conduct, class B felony.

A class B felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Thomas was held at the Nashua Police Department on $10,000 cash bail pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court on April 30, 2011.
