Nashua Man Faces Child Sexual Assault Charges
An investigation into Scott Harley of Nashua, who police say sexually assaulted juvenile victims he knew, began last year.

NASHUA, NH — A local man was arrested yesterday on child sexual assault charges. Scott Harley, 38, of Clocktower Place in Nashua, was arrested on March 26, 2018, on two felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. According to Lt. Robert Page of the Nashua Police Department, last July, investigators began eyeing a report of sexual assaults against juvenile victims that reportedly took place over a period of time in a home in the city.

The victims, who were known to Harley, made allegations against him and after a multi-month investigation by detectives with the department’s special investigations division, a warrant was issued against him.

Harley was arrested and held on $100,000 cash bail. He will be arraigned in Nashua District Court today. Harley faces up to 30 years in jail plus fines.
