Nashua Man Fired Gun Near Infant: Police

Timothy Lambert was charged with reckless conduct after police said he pushed a woman then fired a gun near an infant.

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua man was arrested Saturday and charged with a host of crimes for pushing a woman then firing a gun near an infant, police said. Timothy Lambert, 36, of Dunloggin Road, was charged with three counts of reckless conduct, assault, domestic violence, and endangering the welfare of a child.

Police said on Saturday at about 10:20 a.m., they received a report that Lambert fired a gun inside a residence. Officers determined Lambert pushed a woman "with whom he was in a relationship" with, police said, then he fired then gun with three people nearby, including the infant.

Lambert refused bail and was held in custody pending an arraignment.
