Nashua Man Indicted in Armed Robbery of Dunkin Donuts
HIllsborough County indictments include first degree assault charges for October stabbing.
A Hillsborough County grand jury has indicted a Nashua man for allegedly brandishing a knife while committing a theft from Dunkin Donuts earlier this year.
The indictment names Stefan Baringer, 29, of 93 Walden Pond Drive, Nashua, in the theft at the Dunkin Donuts at 119 East Hollis St. on or about April 26. Baringer allegedly acted in concert with Joshua Smith and threatened two people at the business, according to the indictment.
Smith, 28, with a last known address of 14 Wyndmere Drive, Londonderry, was also indicted on the armed robbery charge by Hillsborough County grand jurors Dec. 18.

The armed robbery charge is a Class A Felony subject to 7 1/2 to 15 years in prison and up to a $4,000 fine.
In an unrelated indictment, grand jurors indicted Nicole Lemay, 19, of 8 Spalding Ave., Nashua, on multiple counts of first degree assault for allegedly stabbing a woman Oct. 10, causing a puncture wound in the side, abdomen, arm and back. She was also indicted on second degree assault and a criminal threatening charge.
