Nashua Man Nabbed in DQ Robbery

Michael Perez allegedly met his victim on Craigslist, then robbed him in the DQ parking lot.

Michael Perez, 22, of Nashua was arrested today on an outstanding warrant out of Hudson Police in connection with an armed robbery last summer in a Derry Queen parking lot.

Perez was arrested and charged with Armed Robbery (Felony); and Theft by Unauthorized Taking (Misdemeanor).

Perez's arrest was the culmination of a 6-month investigation conducted by Hudson Police Detectives into an Armed Robbery at the Dairy Queen, 119 Ferry St., in Hudson.

According to police, the male victim was robbed in the parking lot, and that during the course of the robbery the suspect brandished a handgun. The victim and suspect came into contact with one another through an online Craigslist advertisement.

If convicted Perez could face a prison sentence of up to 15 years in prison. Perez was held on $25,000 cash bail. He will be arraigned Jan. 26 in Nashua District Court.
