Nashua Man Nabbed in Waltham Bank Robbery

Brice Chase was charged in connection with a December 29 Sovereign Bank robbery.

A Nashua man was arrested in Waltham Saturday on charges that he robbed a bank in Lowell.

Brice Chase, 23, of Nashua was arrested early on Saturday, Jan. 7, by the, according to a press release from Lowell Police. He is charged with unarmed robbery.

On Dec. 29, Chase allegedly tried to rob the Sovereign Bank on Merrimack Street in Lowell, according to Lowell Police. Chase allegedly passed a teller a note demanding cash and fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money. Initial attempts to locate Chase failed.

Chase was arrested today on a warrant and taken back to Lowell Police headquarters. He will be arraigned in court on Monday, Jan. 9
