Nashua Man Points Gun At Delivery Workers: Police

Nashua police Robert Hartt flashed a gun and threatened to shoot two delivery workers after "accidental damage" from their truck.

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua man was recently arrested on charges he pointed a gun at two delivery workers and threatened to shoot them, police announced Tuesday. Robert Hartt, 62, was arrested Friday and charged with two counts of felony criminal threatening. He was released on $5,000 bail pending an arraignment in Nashua District Court.

The alleged incident happened September 28 on Groton Road, according to Nashua police Lt. Craig Allard. (Sign up for free daily newsletters and breaking news alerts from Nashua Patch.)

"Officers learned that a dispute had occurred at this location in regards to accidental damage caused by a delivery truck," Allard said in a statement. "During the course of the dispute, Hartt threatened to shoot two delivery workers and later obtained a firearm which was pointed toward these delivery workers."
