Nashua Man Raped Girl, 13: Police
Nashua police charged Brendan Breen with 12 counts of aggravated sexual assault.
NASHUA, NH — A Nashua man was arrested this week on charges he raped a 13-year-old girl, police announced Thursday. Brendan Breen, 31, was charged with 12 counts of felony-level aggravated sexual assault. He was held on $250,000 bail pending an arraignment Thursday in Nashua District Court.
In a statement, Nashua police Lt. Robert Page said officers on Wednesday received a report Breen had sexually assaulted a girl.
"Detectives of the Nashua Police Department’s Special Investigations Division furthered the investigation," Page said in a statement. "An arrest warrant was obtained for Breen charging him with Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault."
