Nashua Man Sexually Assaulted Girl, 14: Police

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua man was recently arrested on charges he sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl, police announced Monday. Martin De Los Santos, 41, was arrested Friday and charged with a host of crimes. He was held on $2,500 bail pending an arraignment Monday in Nashua District Court.

Nashua police Lieutenant Kerry Baxter said officers received a report Friday that De Los Santos was tattooing two 14-year-old girls. An investigation revealed De Los Santos sexually assaulted one of the victims on multiple occasions and also engaged in a sexually explicit conversation with one of them through a messaging app, Baxter said.

De Los Santos was charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
