Nashua Man Strangled Woman, Arrested on 9 Charges: Police
Oscar Rizo Ramirez, 20, of 40B Palm St., was arrested Thursday.
A Nashua man on Thursday was arrested on charges he strangled a woman.
Oscar Rizo Ramirez, 20, of 40B Palm St., was charged with nine crimes:
- Second-degree assault
- Felony criminal threatening (two counts)
- Simple assault (two counts)
- Misdemeanor criminal threatening
- Criminal mischief (three counts)
Police said he was arrested after assaulted a woman he knew earlier Thursday.

He was held on $30,000 bail pending an arraignment.
