Nashua Man Tosses Car Jack at Moving Vehicle: Police

Reed Burgess, of Nashua, was charged with felony criminal mischief.

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua man was charged with throwing a car jack at a moving vehicle during a dispute, according to police. Reed Burgess, 24, of Vine Street, was charged with felony criminal mischief.

Nashua police Lt. Craig Allard said the incident happened November 4 near Burgess' residence. The damage to the victim's vehicle exceeded $1,500, Allard said.

Burgess was released on $10,000 bail pending a February 8 arraignment in Nashua District Court.
