Nashua Municipal Election Filings Are Underway

The filing period for Board of Aldermen, Board of Education, Board of Public Works, Fire Commission, and other candidates ends on Sept. 3.

NASHUA, NH — Candidate filings have begun this week in Nashua for a number of municipal seats.

Petitions to run for Board of Aldermen, Board of Education, Board of Public Works, Fire Commission, Moderators, Ward Clerks and Selectmen will be collected through Sept. 3. Races are both citywide and by ward.

After petition approval, the city clerk will hold a drawing for position placement on the ballot on Sept. 7 in the Aldermanic Chambers.
