Nashua Named 'Most Livable City in NH'
Nashua made "America's 50 Best Cities to Live" by 24/7 Wall St.
NASHUA, NH — Nashua has made another national "best cities" survey in 2016. The Gate City was named No. 25 on "America's 50 Best Cities to Live" by 24/7 Wall St.
Nashua's outdoor recreation venues and close proximity to Boston were cited in its high ranking.
"Nashua is the most livable city in New Hampshire," 24/7 Wall St. wrote. "Nashua residents have access to a greater concentration of outdoor recreation venues such as golf courses, ski resorts, and nature parks than most Americans."

The survey included these statistics for New Hampshire:
- Population: 87,975
- Median home value: $245,200
- Poverty rate: 10.8 percent
- Pct. with at least a bachelor’s degree: 35.0 percent
Nashua was the only New Hampshire city to make the list. Broomfield, Colorado was ranked No. 1 overall.
