NPF 17 – Goffstown 44   The Nashua PAL Force 8th grade football team, suffered an unfortunate loss Sunday, Sept. 8 against The Goffstown Screaming Eagles. The team played hard and tough with #23 R.J. Jenkins scoring 1 touchdown and #5Sclyer Boykin scoring 2 touchdowns. The final score was 44-19. This coming Sunday, Sept 15, the boys in blue will be back, full force versing the Bedford Jaguars.

Nashua Historical Society

In this hands-on class you will transform a plain white silk scarf (14x72 inches) into a unique wearable piece of art! You’ll learn some fundamental techniques of silk dyeing to create unique patterns from soft water color effects to bold, geometric designs using alcohol inks and walnut dye.No experience is necessary; just bring your creativity, and you will walk away with a one-of-a kind silk scarf! All materials will be provided. Instructor Suzanne Gamache is accomplished in the use of alcohol inks for painting on both paper and silk.
Reservations are required as this learning experience is open to 20 participants from&nbsp;12 years - adult at a cost of $30.00 per person for one scarf.



Tickets may be purchased at the Nashua Historical Society (Tuesday-Thursday, 9am-4pm) or online at nashuahistoricalsociety.org/events. Please note that online and credit card purchases include a $2.00 convenience fee.
