Nashua PAL Flag Football - Games September 8 2013

Nashua PAL Force Blue Squad vs. Derry Red 3-2

To get the game going at the right pace, Johnny Canaway connected to Jayce Cora down the sideline for some major Nashua yardage.  Johnny Canaway, followed up with a touchdown run for the blue squad.  Alton Williams and Michael Fiengo provided a huge blocking effort, opening the way for Jhadian Sanchez to score his first ever touchdown!  Cassy Allen, made a huge effort running the ball down the field making a diving leap for a touchdown.  Jake Homsy, also had a great run zigzagging through Derry's defense.  Myles Gagnon, was a huge factor in the Nashua defensive effort ripping 3 flags and forcing Derry to fumble the ball.  Then, Payton Gagnon, got the ball and made a run for it.  The great blocking from Caden Poole made it possible for one more major run by Evan Linscott.

Nashua PAL Force White Squad vs. Derry Blue 1-1

The White Squad was ready to go with their war paint on!  Damon Clark pulled off a qb fake with a spin move.  Johnny Barry zig zagged all the way to the 5 yard line then Jack Krulikowski shot through a gap for a touchdown.  Jayden Turcotte assisted his team by grabbing a crucial flag on 4th and short.  Ryder Clancy was all over Derry's offense, grabbing several of their flags.  Kendric Petravicz was a defensive machine and prevented Derry from gaining yards.  Ian Leonardi assisted his team by putting defensive pressure on the opposing team.  Asiah Bugg did not let his team down preventing Derry from breaking the tie.

Nashua PAL Force Yellow Squad vs. Derry White  3-1 

Luke Peters got a touch down on the very first play of the game with the assistance and exceptional blocking by Darius Smith.  Alexander Paquin gave a great series on defense snatching several Derry flags.  Brady Borromeo then stopped the q.b. and had a nice 15 yd. run.  Joshua Caruso ran the ball up the middle for Nashua's second t.d.  Aivan Garcia and Patrick Shaw held Derry's offense back.  Savannah Preston-Teixeira dashed into the end zone with the ball in her grip.  During the second half Adrian Cruz wasn't wasting any time getting down to business and stealing Derry's flags.  Dezminn Michaud stopped Derry in their tracks.  Tyler Madeira, showed his force, preventing Derry's offense from reaching the end zone.  Connor Saunders, was missed by his team.
