Nashua Police Have Man In Custody Following Overnight Standoff

NASHUA, NH — Nashua Police said a man who barricaded himself inside a home on Hunt Street Thursday night is now in custody and there is no danger to the public. There was a large police presence reported on the road overnight.

Nashua Police said Friday morning that the investigation is ongoing.

According to WMUR-TV, the New Hampshire State Police Major Crimes Unit is assisting Nashua Police in investigating the incident that concluded about 4 a.m. Manchester SWAT also assisted in the standoff that lasted for hours Thursday night into Friday morning.
