Nashua Police Investigating Death of a Child on Oak Street
NH AG investigators also called to the incident.

The Nashua Police and the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office are investigating the death of a 3-year-old baby girl on Oak Street.
According to a report, police were sent to the address for a medical call involving a child who was a resident at the home. The child was taken to the hospital and short time later, pronounced dead.
“The circumstances that led to the child’s death are suspicious and are under investigation,” said Jeffery A. Strelzin, senior assistant attorney general. “As part of the investigation, the Chief Medical Examiner will conduct an autopsy on the child tomorrow to try and determine the cause and manner of death.”

According to a post on Patch, Katlyn Marin and Michael Rivera live at the home and were arrested in May on second-degree assault charges for allegedly abusing an 8-year-old in the home. Rivera was also arrested in 2013 for simple assault.
