Nashua Police Log: 3 DUIs, 'Inhaling Toxic Vapors For Effect' Arrest

NASHUA, NH — Nashua police recently made three drunk driving arrests, charged several suspects with stalking and took a Londonderry man into custody for "inhaling toxic vapors for effect." These are more were included in the latest Nashua police log. Suspects are presumed innocent.

Tuesday, May 2

• Rafael Rodriguez, 24, of Nashua, was charged with multiple counts of violating a protective order.

Wednesday, May 3

• Ashley Cruz, 32, of Haverhill, Massachusetts, was charged with theft.
• Areli Cruz-Rivera, 25, of Nashua, was charged with criminal mischief and assault.
• Michael Guidice, 57, of Nashua, was charged with multiple counts of stalking.
• Andrew Pike, 23, of Nashua, was charged with violating the sex offender registry.

Saturday, May 6

• Eric Rosario, 35, of Merrimack, was charged with DUI.
• Michael Depiero, 29, of Londonderry, was charged with "inhaling toxic vapors for effect" and resisting arrest.
• Carley Williams, 32, of Nashua, was charged with stalking and resisting arrest.

Sunday, May 7

• Bigirimana Laurent, 20, of Nashua, was charged with DUI and aggravated DUI.
• William Tate, 38, of Epping, was charged with DUI (second or third offense) and aggrvated DUI.
