Nashua Police Log July 4: 2 DUIs, Public Drinking

NASHUA, NH — Nashua police over the July 4 holiday weekend arrested two suspects for impaired driving and issued three citations for public drinking. These incidents and more were reported in the latest Nashua police log. Suspects are presumed innocent.

Saturday, July 1

  • Stephanie Beard, 29, of Nashua, was charged with disorderly conduct, trespassing, loitering and deceiving an official.
  • Michael Bailey, 28, of Nashua, was charged with DUI.
  • Carlos Lopez, 29, of Nashua, was charged with assault, mischief and obstructing the report of a crime.

Sunday, July 2

  • Stacy Dalesio, 36, of Nashua, was charged with assault and disorderly conduct.

Monday, July 3

  • Joseph Kenneally, 52, of Nashua, was charged with DUI and aggravated DUI for having a blood-alcohol level over 0.16 percent, police said.
  • Helen Narducci, 46, of Nashua, was charged with assault and threatening.

Tuesday, July 4

  • James Packer, 27, of Nashua, was charged with resisting arrest.
  • William Toon, 21, of Bedford, was charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Donna Bailey, 46, of Nashua, was charged with assault.

Police also issued citations to three suspects for public drinking over that time period.
