Nashua Police Make DWI, Assault Busts

The Nashua Police Department processed numerous driving violations over the weekend.

The following are arrests and stops by the Nashua Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

  • Brenda Rosario, 37, of 11 A St., Apt. #2nd, Lowell, Mass., charged with criminal threatening on Dec. 14.
  • Timothy Nichols, 32, of 37 Crown St., Apt. 16, Nashua, charged with three counts of criminal threatening (domestic violence) and simple assault Dec. 14.
  • Marilyn Negrich, 59, of 3 North End Road, Townsend, Mass., charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Dec. 14.
  • Curtis J. Larocque, 41, 505 E. View Drive, Wilton, charged with driving after revocation or suspension, second offense, on Dec. 14.
  • James Edward Labombard, 37, of 32 Paxton Terrace, Nashua, charged Dec. 14 with three counts of simple assault (domestic violence) and criminal threatening.
  • John A. Hanby, 37, of 40 Prescott St., Nashua, charged with criminal trespass on Dec. 15.
  • Brandon L. Allen, 25, of 12 Pearl Court, Merrimack, charged with simple assault and criminal threatening (domestic violence) on Dec. 15.
  • Douglas Robert Moore, 48, of 33 Tyler St., Nashua, charged with driving after revocation or suspension Dec. 15.
  • Zaida L. Deleon, 50, of 12 Heon Court, #0, Nashua, charged Dec. 15 with driver license prohibitions, driving after revocation or suspension, and speeding.
  • Anthony Michael Martinez, 20, of 63 Pine St., Apt. 8, Nashua, charged with three counts of simple assault (domestic violence) Dec. 15.
  • Kenneth Andre Boucher, 23, of 5 Aztec Road, Apt. 5, Nashua, charged Dec. 15 with drivers license prohibitions, suspended registration, and driving after suspension or revocation.
  • Francisco Rafael Lopez-Rustrian, 20, of 104 Pine St., Apt. 3, Nashua, charged with driving after suspension and disobeying a police officer Dec. 15.
  • John David Powell, 57, of 71 Chandler St., Apt. B, Nashua, charged with driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration on Dec. 15.
  • Wendy Geffner-Smith, 57, of 30 Sargent Ave., Nashua, charged Dec. 15 with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
