Nashua Police: Man Sexually Assaulted Girl

Larry Marin, extradited from Texas, faces multiple charges.

A local man was arrested last week for allegedly sexual assaulting a girl in July.

Larry Marin, 34, of no fixed address, was arrested on Nov. 26, and charged with three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, all felonies, sexual assault, and endangering the welfare of a child.

According to a report, in late July, officers and detectives were called to a Nashua home for a report of a sexual assault.

“They spoke with a juvenile female victim who reported that she had been sexually assaulted by an unknown assailant while at his residence,” according to Lt. David Bailey of the special investigations division. “The victim reported that her assailant had furnished her with alcohol before sexually assaulting her. She was able to positively identify the suspect who was still on scene.”

Police investigated the case and determined that Marin was the alleged perpetrator and an arrest warrant was issue. On Nov. 1, he was located in South San Antonio, Texas, and arrested. He was extradited to New Hampshire on Nov. 25, and held without bail.

Marin faces more than 60 years in prison and fines if convicted, according to police.
