Nashua Police: Woman Kicks In Door, Assaults Victim
Samantha Gervais, of Lowell, Massachusetts, was charged with burglary.
NASHUA, NH — A Lowell woman was arrested Thursday on charges she kicked in a Nashua woman's door and assaulted her. Samantha Gervais, 24, was charged with felony burglary.
Police said the incident happened January 30 at about 3 a.m. Officers said they responded to a Hobbs Avenue residence for a report of a robbery and made contact with the victim. A warrant was soon issued for Gervais' arrest and she turned herself in Thursday, according to Nashua police Lt. Craig Allard.
Gervais was held on $25,000 bail pending an arraignment.
