Lifesaving Nonprofit Critical Care Transport by Air & Ground

Boston MedFlight

Boston MedFlight is a nonprofit organization providing the highest level of critical care transport by air and ground to patients in need—regardless of their circumstances. For more than 40 years, since our founding in 1985, we have set the standard for clinical excellence, safety, and compassion in the air medical industry. Our tagline, “Your Life. Our Mission.”, captures the purpose that drives everything we do. Whether responding to an emergency scene or transferring a critically ill patient between hospitals, our team delivers seamless, patient-centered care during some of the most challenging moments in a person’s life. As a nonprofit, we are guided by one unwavering principle: every patient deserves access to lifesaving care, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Each year, Boston MedFlight provides more than $7 million in free and unreimbursed care, ensuring no patient is ever turned away. Our clinical teams are among the most highly trained and experienced in the world, caring for patients of all ages—from premature infants to older adults—across a wide range of conditions. These include adult and pediatric trauma, complex medical emergencies, cardiac and stroke events, high-risk obstetric and neonatal care, and specialized interfacility transfers. We achieve this excellence through rigorous training and preparedness. Every clinician completes an intensive onboarding and education program that includes hospital ICU and emergency department rotations, pediatric and neonatal critical care experience, high-fidelity simulation training, advanced procedural labs, and comprehensive classroom instruction in transport medicine. Our work is supported by a state-of-the-art fleet of Airbus H145 helicopters and Freightliner mobile ICU ground vehicles, each equipped with advanced technology comparable to leading hospital ICUs.

Attorney Keith F. Diaz founded Apis Law, PLLC to fight for injured people across New Hampshire. With 22 years of legal experience, Attorney Diaz represents individuals and families who suffer injuries due to someone else's negligence — and he works on a contingency fee basis, meaning you pay nothing unless he wins your case. Our practice handles car accidents, truck and motorcycle crashes, slip-and-fall injuries, dog bites, wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, and workplace injuries. We also take on employment law matters including wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, and sexual harassment. Attorney Diaz holds admission to practice in the State of New Hampshire (Bar No. 15831), the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He founded Apis Law in 2022 because he believes injured people in New Hampshire deserved an attorney who will fight for them with the same resources and intensity that insurance companies bring to the other side. From two offices in Goffstown and Bedford, Apis Law serves clients throughout southern New Hampshire including Concord, Manchester, Nashua, Amherst, Hooksett, and surrounding communities. When you get hurt, the insurance company assigns a team to minimize your payout. Apis Law fights back. Call (603) 785-1013 for a free consultation.
