Nashua Sex Offender Arrested

Arthur Bone was convicted of aggravated sex assault in 1987.

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua sex offender was arrested last week for failing to properly register with authorities per the terms of his conviction, according to police. Arthur Bone, 60, was charged duty to report, a felony.

In 1987, Bone was convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court of aggravated sex assault, requiring him to register as a sex offender. Nashua police Lt. Kerry Baxter said Bone was recently found to be "non-compliant" with the registration requirements and arrested on January 25.

Bone refused bail and was held in custody pending an arraignment.
