Nashua Sex Offender Arrested
Nashua police said Eduardo Rivera was convicted of indecent assault in 2008.
NASHUA, NH — A Nashua sex offender was arrested Friday for failing to comply with the terms of the state's Sex Offender Registry, police announced Saturday. Eduardo Rivera, 41, was charged with felony duty to report. He was held on $20,000 bail at the Valley Street Jail pending an arraignment Monday in Nashua District Court.

"It was determined that Rivera failed to report to the Nashua Police Department as required upon establishing residency in September 2016 and a warrant was obtained for his arrest," Baxter said in a statement.

In 2008, Rivera was convicted of indecent assault and battery in Brockton District Court in Massachusetts, requiring him to register as a sex offender.
