Nashua Sex Offender Arrested
A Nashua sex offender was arrested this week, police said.

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua sex offender was arrested Monday and charged with failing to register with police.
Ronald Duby, 42, was charged with two counts of failure to inform, a felony.

Duby was convicted of sexual assault in Vermont in 1995. He was convicted of failure to inform in 2009 and 2012, police said.
Duby is required to register his address with police each year due to his sex assault conviction.
