Nashua Sex Offender Arrested

NASHUA, NH — Nashua police recently arrested a sex offender for failing to properly register.

Stephen Gill, 39, of 12 Laredo Cr., Nashua, was arrested April 19 and charged with failure to inform, a felony.

"In March of 2016, detectives from the Special Investigations Division learned Stephen Gill had moved into the City of Nashua several months prior and that he failed to register with the Sex Offender Registry," Lt. Kerry Baxter said in a statement,

In 1996, Gill was convicted of sexual assault in Merrimack County Superior Court.

He was released on $5,000 bail pending a June 3 arraignment.
