Nashua Sex Offender Arrested for 'Plenty of Fish' Profile: Police
Carey Driscoll, of Nashua, created a "Plenty of Fish" dating profile and moved to Georgia — violating his sex offender terms — police said.
NASHUA, NH — A Nashua man required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life was arrested Wednesday on charges he created an online dating profile and moved to Georgia — violating the terms of his conviction, according to police. Carey Driscoll, 40, was charged with felony failure to report.
Driscoll in 2011 was convicted in Cheshire County of multiple computer crimes, requiring him to register as a sex offender for life.
Nashua police Lt. Kerry Baxter said authorities recently learned Driscoll failed to inform authorities about his whereabouts.

"Driscoll ... created an online account and profile on the dating website 'Plenty of Fish' and ... failed to inform the registry of the online account and profile as required," Baxter said in a statement. "In November 2016 it was learned that Driscoll was no longer employed with his listed employer and failed to inform the registry of the change. Also in November 2016 it was determined Driscoll had moved from his reported Nashua address to Georgia and failed to inform the registry."
Driscoll was held on $100,000 bail pending an arraignment.
